Returns & Refunds
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Ayala Bar within 30 days of the purchase date (as shown on the invoice), subject to the conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitted within two business days of receiving the merchandise.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Conditions
Please review the conditions below. If these conditions are not met, Ayala Bar reserves the right to refuse the return.

All returned items must be unused and in new condition. Products that have been worn or show any signs of use are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be in their original, unaltered box, including all packing materials and the product card.

Ayala Bar is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from misuse. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise.

Custom-made and Special Order merchandise cannot be refunded or returned.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same or an equivalent piece.

2. Package Your Jewelry:
Place the completed form and your jewelry in a well-padded box. Avoid using padded envelopes, as a box is essential to protect the jewelry during shipping.
Custom Orders
Please note that not all Ayala Bar jewelry can be customized. To inquire about custom options, please email us at service@ayalabar.com with your specific requests.
Custom orders are subject to certain limitations, which are outlined in the following section under "Special Services".
