Payment
For orders placed through ayalabar.com, we accept PayPal, Visa, Discover & American Express.
When you place an order, a temporary authorization is placed on your account. The full amount will be charged to your credit card once the order is processed.
Billing may differ slightly from the totals displayed during checkout, due to rounding up/down of cents in the selected currency or combined discounts. Please contact us regarding any payment-related inquiries.
Shipping Times
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays.
Occasionally, we may be unable to fulfill your entire order due to limited availability. In such cases, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe.
USA Shipping Methods
Our estimated delivery time depends on processing time, shipping address, and your chosen shipping method.
You can choose between free ground shipping via USPS or "2nd Day Air" by FedEx at an additional cost.
FedEx delivers only to street addresses - not PO Boxes.
USPS delivers to both PO Boxes and street addresses.
“FedEx 2nd Day Air” means the package will be delivered 2 business days from when it leaves our facility.
FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or certain holidays, so delivery may take more than 2 days even if "2nd Day Air" is selected.
The package may leave our facility the next business day after you place your order.
International Shipping Methods
International Regular Rate
International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Shipping rates vary based on the destination.
We do not charge VAT or import taxes. However, your local authorities may charge VAT and import taxes upon delivery.
International Free Shipping

Orders valued at $300 or more qualify for a 50% discount on shipping.

Orders valued at $450 or more qualify for free shipping.
Tracking
If you do not receive a tracking number at the email address linked to your Ayala Bar account, please contact us at service@ayalabar.com with your order details. We will gladly assist you in locating your tracking number.
Warranty
Ayala Bar jewelry is handcrafted, so slight variations from piece to piece are expected and do not indicate flaws, but rather highlight the uniqueness of each item. If your jewelry is damaged due to defects in workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced as necessary. With proper care, you can enjoy Ayala Bar jewelry for many years.
Please note, the Ayala Bar warranty is limited to the original owner and does not apply to items purchased from resale websites or second-hand shops.
The colors and images displayed on the website, including those of products available for purchase, are for illustration purposes only. While we strive to represent the products accurately, actual product appearance may vary, and no claims shall be made by the user regarding such variations.

Never use detergents, chemical cleaners, or polishes.

Store your jewelry flat in its box to prevent damage.
Repairing Your Ayala Bar

Repairs are limited to the original owner and do not apply to resale pieces.

Repairs are invalid if the piece has been altered or repaired outside of Ayala Bar.
Important: Do not attempt to repair the item yourself. -
Repairs covered by our warranty include damage due to defects in workmanship.

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to source certain components or parts for older items. In such cases, we will do our best to find similar substitutes.

When returning an item for repair, please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items we did not receive.

Repairs and special requests, including custom orders, may take 5-7 weeks for processing and return.

Place the completed form and your jewelry in a well-padded box. Avoid using padded envelopes, as a box is essential to protect the jewelry during shipping.
Returns & Refunds
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Ayala Bar within 30 days of the purchase date (as shown on the invoice), subject to the conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be submitted within two business days of receiving the merchandise.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Conditions
Please review the conditions below. If these conditions are not met, Ayala Bar reserves the right to refuse the return.

All returned items must be unused and in new condition. Products that have been worn or show any signs of use are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be in their original, unaltered box, including all packing materials and the product card.

Ayala Bar is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from misuse. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise.

Custom-made and Special Order merchandise cannot be refunded or returned.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same or an equivalent piece.

Custom orders are subject to certain limitations, which are outlined in the following section under "Special Services".
