Payment

For orders placed through ayalabarstore.com we accept PayPal, Visa, Discover & American Express.

Once you place an order, an authorization is held on your account. When the order is processed, your entire purchase is charged to your credit card.


Shipping Times

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays.

Occasionally we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to low product availability. In such case, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe.


USA Shipping Methods

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.

You have a choice between ground shipping by USPS  (free shipping), and the more costly “2nd Day Air” by FedEx.

FedEx will only deliver to a street address—no PO Boxes. USPS will deliver to PO Boxes and street address.

“FedEx 2nd Day Air” means the package will be delivered 2 business days from the day the package leaves our facility.

The package may leave our premises a day after you place the order.

FedEx does not deliver Saturdays, Sundays, or certain holidays; therefore a package may take more than 2 days even if this option is chosen.


International Shipping Methods

International regular rate: International orders are shipped via FedEx. The rate varies according to the destination.


International Free Shipping

International orders of value $300 or more will be discounted 50% off shipping cost
International orders of value $450 or more will be shipped without cost
We do not charge V.A.T.  However, your authorities in your country may charge V.A.T from you.


Tracking

If you do not receive a tracking number at the e-mail address with which you registered your Ayala Bar account, please email us at: [email protected] with your order details and we will gladly assist you in locating your UPS tracking number.


Warranty

Ayala Bar jewelry is handcrafted so there will be slight variations from piece to piece. These do not reflect product flaws, but instead make each piece unique. Should your jewelry become damaged due to defects in workmanship, the item will be repaired and if needed, replaced. By treating your Ayala Bar with the utmost care, you will be able to enjoy our jewelry for many years to come.

Please note, the Ayala Bar warrantee is limited to pieces for which you are the original owner, and is not valid on pieces bought through resale websites or second-hand shops.


Caring for your Ayala Bar jewelry

  • Treat your jewelry carefully

  • Avoid direct contact with sprays—hairspray, perfume, etc.

  • Remove your jewelry while showering, swimming, and exercising

  • Do not place directly in water

  • Never use detergents, or any chemical cleaners or polishes

  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth

  • Store jewelry flat in its box to prevent damage


Repairing your Ayala Bar

  • Repairs are limited to the original owner, and are not valid for resale pieces.

  • Repairs are not valid if your piece has been repaired or had workmanship done outside of Ayala Bar.       Important: Do not try to repair on your own.

  • Repairs covered by our Warrantee include damage due to defects in workmanship.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components or parts needed to repair older items. In such case we will do our best to find similar looking substitutes.

  • When returning an item, please use a method of shipping that you can track as we cannot be responsible for items we did not receive

  • Repairs and any special requests such as special services & custom orders may take 5-7 weeks to be returned.

Returns & refunds

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Ayala Bar within 30 days of purchase date (date of invoice) subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.


Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.


Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Ayala Bar reserves the right to refuse the return.

  • All returned items must be unused, in new condition. No returns on Products which have been worn and/or show any signs of use.

  • All returned items must be in their original unaltered box. They must include all packing material & the product card.

  • Ayala Bar is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the misuse. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

  • Custom made articles and Special Order merchandise, will not refunded and cannot be returned.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model

Custom Orders

Please note that not all Ayala Bar jewelry can be customized. You would need to email us at: [email protected] & inquire regarding your special needs.

Custom ordering is subject to certain limitations as explained in the following paragraph under: “special services”.

 

Special Services

Please allow several weeks for delivery of any special services, and note that special services (and orders) are not returnable or refundable unless there is a defect in the manufacturing, and these orders must be paid for in advance.

 

Replacing a Lost Earring/“Make-a-Mate”

In the case of a lost earring, we may be able to reconstruct a matching unit. However this is not always possible. You should check in advance and follow “return procedure” only after the single earring reconstruction option has been validated.
Once authorized, make sure you ship your single earring, so that we can match another. We will not “make a mate” based on photo or style number.
The single earring will cost 60% from full price of a pair. (E.G. $40 price = $24 make-a-mate fee).
