Gently clean the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash it with water or use cleaning agents.

Store the jewelry in a sturdy, sealed box in a dry place. Avoid keeping it in damp or wet areas.

Ayala Bar jewelry is handcrafted, so there may be slight variations between pieces. These differences are not defects but rather part of what makes each item distinct.

1. Due to the nature of our products, it may not always be possible to source certain components or parts needed to repair specific items. In such cases, we will do our best to find substitutes that stay true to the design and look.

2. Repairs and special requests may take 2-4 weeks from the time we receive the item.

To send jewelry for repair, please complete the repair form available on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ page, and include it with the jewelry.

The jewelry should be packed in a well-padded box for protection (do not use padded envelopes). The shipping address is provided on the form.

Our estimated delivery time depends on processing time, shipping address, and your chosen shipping method.
For US Orders: You can choose between free ground shipping via USPS or "2nd Day Air" by FedEx at an additional cost.

For International Orders: International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Shipping rates vary based on the destination.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. If you do not receive the tracking number at the email address linked to your Ayala Bar account, please contact us at service@ayalabar.com with your order details.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Ayala Bar within 30 days of the purchase date (as shown on the invoice), subject to the conditions detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

Textile plays a central role in Ayala Bar's designs. Unexpected combinations of fabric, thread, lace, tassels, and pompoms are hallmarks of her work. The artist employs techniques such as embroidery, weaving, knitting, gluing, and hand sewing, with each collection introducing new methods and fresh concepts. The fabrics feature striking prints and textures and are sourced mainly from India, the Middle East, and Morocco. One of the artist’s main uses of fabric is in bead-making, where she combines it with glass to create vibrant, uniquely crafted beads.

The metallic elements in the jewelry are made from brass plated with silver or gold and include uniquely designed components, chains, and beads. Through techniques such as connecting, gluing, wrapping, and threading, the metals become a dynamic element that adds texture and color to the overall composition of every piece. In addition to their major aesthetic role, the metal parts also provide the framework and foundation for combining other materials.

Ayala Bar jewelry is made only with the highest quality, non-toxic materials. Each metal component undergoes special treatment to ensure long-lasting durability.

Some are crafted in-house from various raw materials using special techniques, while others are treasures Ayala collects from markets and exhibitions worldwide.
