Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays.

Occasionally we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to low product availability. In such case, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe.

USA SHIPPING METHODS

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.

You have a choice between ground shipping by USPS  (free shipping), and the more costly “2nd Day Air” by FedEx.

FedEx will only deliver to a street address — No PO Boxes. USPS will deliver to PO Boxes and street address.

“FedEx 2nd Day Air” means the package will be delivered 2 business days from the day the package leaves our facility.

The package may leave our premises a day after you place the order.

FedEx does not deliver Saturdays, Sundays, or certain holidays; therefore a package may take more than 2 days even if this option is chosen.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

International regular rate: International orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL. The rate varies according to the destination.

INTERNATIONAL FREE SHIPPING

  • International orders of value $300 or more will be discounted 50% off shipping cost
  • International orders of value $450 or more will be shipped without cost
  • We do not charge V.A.T. However, your authorities in your country may charge V.A.T from you.
